Brew it yourself
Toddy systems, buckets, five-gallon batches in the back of the shop. It works until the second account, and it is never shelf-stable.
Beverage Manufacturers Elgin, Illinois
Cold-chain cans, kegs and concentrate. Bulk by the drum or the tote. One extract, engineered once, packaged every way your brand sells it.
The state of co-packing
Toddy systems, buckets, five-gallon batches in the back of the shop. It works until the second account, and it is never shelf-stable.
The big co-packers will take you — at volumes that mean months of working capital sitting in a warehouse, cooked flat by high-heat pasteurization.
Buy the extract program first. Then maybe, if the run qualifies, a couple hundred retail units. You wanted a product on a shelf, not a pilot.
None of those is a business.

Want cans? We run cans. Want kegs for your café accounts? We run kegs. Want a single drum of concentrate? That is an order. You are not required to purchase one format in order to earn access to another.

Shelf stableLine in build — first production Q2 2027 · details
One 150 lb run of your roasted coffee comes off our line as 1,800 finished, retail-ready cans — a full pallet you can actually sell, not a sample tray. And at the other end of the range, a single 55-gallon drum is a real order, not a favor.
In build · The shelf-stable line
Everything on this page today ships cold. The shelf-stable line changes that — three-gallon bag-in-box RTD, one-gallon concentrate, 32oz and 12oz for the ambient shelf, all in 250–300 lb batches. It is being installed right now. We are booking first-run capacity for Q2 2027, and the roster fills in the order it is signed.

Cold chain
High-heat pasteurization is what makes most shelf-stable cold brew taste like someone simmered it. Cooked sugars, browned notes, muted aromatics — the roast profile you paid for, flattened.
Everything we run today is cold chain. Your coffee is never taken up to those temperatures. It brews cold, packages cold, ships cold, and lands in a cooler tasting like the coffee you sent us — whether that is a 12oz can, a five-gallon keg, a 32oz bottle of concentrate or a drum.
Ambient distribution is the one thing we cannot do yet. That line is being built — first production Q2 2027. Same extract, different destination.
The plant
SQF certification in progress, targeted Q3 2027. We will say so here the day it is in hand — and not a day before.

Why we exist
I owned the coffee shop. I know exactly what it costs to promise a wholesale account consistent cold brew out of a five-gallon bucket.
Sip Factory — formerly Drip Drop Beverage — exists because I went looking for a co-manufacturer who would take a small brand seriously and could not find one. Everybody either wanted a volume commitment I could not carry, or handed back something that did not taste like my coffee.
So we built the plant I wanted to hire. You talk to the person who runs it. Your coffee gets its own extraction, and it goes into whichever package your accounts actually buy.

How it works
Ship your roasted coffee, or pick from our in-house blends. Tell us the formats your accounts want.
We build an extraction around your beans and send back cans and concentrate. No charge. Taste it before anything else happens.
Dial in strength, cut ratio and format. We lock the spec so run number nine tastes like run number one.
Cans, kegs, bottled concentrate, totes, drums — packed, palletized and out the door cold, under your label.
Questions we get every week
It depends on the format, and we publish all of them. Cold-chain 12oz cans start at 1,800 cans — one pallet — from roughly 150 lb of roasted coffee. Kegs start at 40 five-gallon disposable units, also around 150 lb. 32oz concentrate starts at 240 bottles, cased 6 or 12 to a box. Bulk starts at a single 275-gallon tote or a single 55-gallon drum. The shelf-stable formats are the ones we are not running yet — that line is being installed now, with first production in Q2 2027.
Yes. One 55-gallon drum or one 275-gallon tote is a real order. Bulk is where a lot of our partners start — other co-packers, breweries, chains with their own filling, and brands who want to handle their own packaging. You do not have to commit to a packaged format to buy extract from us, and you do not have to buy extract to get a packaged format. They are separate doors into the same plant.
Q2 2027. Everything we run today is cold chain — it has to stay refrigerated through distribution. The shelf-stable line under construction right now covers 3-gallon bag-in-box RTD, 1-gallon concentrate, and 32oz and 12oz for the ambient shelf, all in 250 to 300 lb batches. We are signing customers onto the first production runs in the order they commit, and we will show the finished line publicly at World of Coffee New Orleans, April 9–11, 2027. If ambient is where your volume lives, get on the list now — we can start you in cans, kegs, cold-chain concentrate or bulk in the meantime.
No. There is no prerequisite product. If you want canned cold brew, we run canned cold brew. Formats are not gated behind each other here, and retail is not an add-on capped at a couple hundred units — 1,800 cans is the starting point.
Yes, and most partners do. Send your roasted coffee and we build the extraction around it. If you would rather not source beans yet, we have in-house blends you can launch on and switch off later.
Yes. Send your coffee or choose one of our blends and we produce samples of cans and concentrate to your specification at no charge. You should not have to pay to find out whether a co-packer can hit your profile.
Cold-chain product is brewed, filled and stored cold and stays refrigerated all the way through distribution. It protects the roast profile because the coffee is never taken up to high-heat pasteurization temperatures. That is every format we run today. Shelf-stable product is built for ambient distribution — grocery shelves, vending, shipping without a cooler — and that line arrives Q2 2027. Most partners will eventually run both: cold-chain cans for coolers and DTC, ambient concentrate for retail.
No. Cold brew is our specialty, but we co-pack non-alcoholic beverages broadly — iced and brewed teas, craft sodas, still and carbonated. If you are building a line beyond coffee, ask.
